Gaining An Understanding
If you have any credit agreements regulated by the consumer credit act and taken out prior to April 2007, they may be unenforceable. Proceed To Audit
When you are ready to proceed, you will need to visit our Proceed page. Enter your details correctly on submitting your form, you will receive a confirmation link sent directly to your Inbox of the email address you submitted. It is important you confirm this link. If you have not white listed our email address please check your Spam or Junk box. We will send you an email confirming your username and password so you may log in and proceed within our secure members area.
Results of Pre-Audit
You will be contacted with the results of the pre - audit within 24 to 48 hours this will be a decision in principle. We will let you know if your credit agreement or agreements are potentially unenforceable or not. You will then need to fill out the necessary forms and agreements and make the required payment for each agreement you would like to proceed with.
Payment and Signed Forms
Once we are in receipt of cleared funds together with all the signed documentation, we will proceed with your case. You will receive notification of the cases that Debt Litigation are pursuing on your behalf. We will write to your creditor(s) requesting all of the relevant information relating to the credit agreement or agreements as set out in the Data Protection Act. This is why your documentation fee of £10 is required for each document by your creditors. On receipt of all documentation requested from the creditors, your case will be passed on to our legal team.
Start The Audit Process
Our legal team will deal directly with your creditor or creditors, we ask that you do not correspond or communicate with your creditors as you have given our litigation team the authority to act on your behalf. Your creditors may try and contact you with proposals but this is not what we are looking for. Should your creditor contact you, do not answer any security questions kindly ask them to put everything in writing to you If and when your creditors send any correspondence to you, please forward all correspondence to the legal team immediately.
Successful Outcome
There is no successful outcome fee to pay on completion of your case. Should you be entitled to compensation reward, you will receive 100% of your reward.
